Jason Hatcher, a resident of Atlanta since 2000, has worked in the Atlanta market place for more than 15 years. He has extensive experience in the real estate industry, including serving as a relationship manager in the real estate division of a national bank and eight years as a general contractor specializing in the Buckhead, Midtown and Perimeter markets.

Jason’s executive level of knowledge, hands-on experience, negotiation and communication skills and experience in client service, as well as an in-depth understanding of construction and new development strategy, further establish him as a real estate professional, allowing him to provide his clients with a unique and seamless transaction throughout the home-buying or selling process.

A graduate from Georgia Southern University with a major in business management, he pursued a master’s in real estate at Kennesaw State University in 2003. Jason has successfully completed the ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) home inspector’s test for the state of Georgia, is a former president of his HOA, volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and has completed over 200 remodeling projects to date.

When he isn’t working, he is a motorcycle rider and an avid traveler, having been to 30 countries and counting.
